Your medical provider works in partnership with the Syntriq team. The hospital or physician who treated you relies on us to help identify the insurance carrier or carriers who should be billed for your medical treatment. If you were injured in an auto accident, your auto insurance—as well as the auto insurance for any at-fault party—may provide coverage and payment for your accident related medical treatment. If you were injured on the job, a workers’ compensation carrier may provide that coverage.</p
We may be reaching out to you to gather information needed to identify insurance carriers who may be responsible for paying for some of your treatment. The information you provide will be used solely for that purpose.
Once we determine the appropriate payment sources we provide the bills and supporting documentation to that party for payment. We will follow-up with those insurance carriers until the claim is resolved.
